So it appears that I do indeed have an eBook clone. I might try to run this upgrade once I get home, maybe it will open up the application selection I have (Running RDP on this would be the perfect thing for me.)

Video Performance (Awful)

Alright, I've benchmarked some video on this netbook and as expected it's atrocious. 176*120 videos are about the only ones that will run at a decent clip; provided you don't full screen them. Fullscreening anything will slow your system to a brutal halt. Will be posting the full sheet info in a few days.

Classification Problems

One of the biggest hurdles I'm finding while searching for information about these type of netbooks is that there is no blanket term for them. "Mini Netbook" searches invariably turn up information relating to Dell's Mini series. Not useful on these ARM CE books.

So that leads me to think that I need to make up some kind of classification for these books. CE Mini Book maybe? I don't really know, but it's made it hard to hook up with others using these things. Be nice if we could all share some info, and make these things a little more useful than they are now.
